From early days Jo was passionate about using the freshest produce from locally sourced suppliers and has only worked in restaurants that uphold this philosophy without impinging on quality. She teamed up with two chefs who are equally passionate and creative to take restaurant quality food and service into the Outdoor Catering arena.
